I'm sure there were tons of 'Little Monsters' who were disappointed today to find Lady Gaga's youtube account suspended.

Lady Gaga has a huge following and thanks to her outrageous outlook and fashion sense, she has garnished more than a billion views on her site. Fans also post tons of home made material portraying mama monster to her site.

But today when they logged on, they were welcomed with the following message:

"This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's Copyright Policy."

So what happened?  Well apparently Ms. Gaga posted video of her performance on a Japanese show called "Smap vs. Smap," which comes out on the Fuji Tv Network.  The performance was about 10 minutes long and showed her with a Japanese boy band "Smap" singing and dancing backup.

On Tuesday, Media Interactive Inc. filed a take down request saying that Gaga or her camp failed to secure digital rights to display their (Smap) performance.

The Gaga camp has not commented.  So what do you think?  Is Lady Gaga's entire YouTube account be suspended or should she just be forced to take down the one video.
