Lindsay Lohan Will Plead No Contest Tomorrow In Misdemeanor Theft Neckalce Case

TMZ in claiming that Lindsay Lohan will officially please no contest in the misdemeanor theft case over the stolen necklace.  However they are also claiming that she won't be in court?  TMZ says:

Sources connected with Lindsay tell TMZ ... Lindsay wants to show up for the plea, but the cost and craziness associated with a Lindsay Lohan appearance is just too much -- what with extra Sheriff's deputies, court disruption, etc.

So what do we learn from this?  Simple, if your famous enough that a crowd up roars outside the courtroom doors, you won't have to show up.  They'll consider it a "loss of man hours" and you can just give your plea to your lawyer and stay in bed.  I'm all about that JEEYUH!
