Lohan Lunacy

As we all know Lindsay Lohan doesn't have a perfect record.  But after everything she has gone through, you'd think she would learn her lesson.  Umm No!

Just recently Lindsay was spotted out partying until all hours of the night morning.  If you're on probation, nothing good ever happens at 3 am.  And if that isn't bad enough, she is having charges brought against her for theft!!!

The jewelry store says she tried it on and never took it off, then suddenly left.  Lindsay says it was on loan.  Ok so jewelry gets loaned out to celebrities all the time, wouldn't the jewler remember that?

So it seems that all the tears and rehab were just to shut the judge up!  She is due in court very soon and of course she can't escape her probation officer.  It is just a matter of time until the truth comes out.

Is Lindsay throwing all her hard work away?  Or is this a huge conspiracy?  Maybe the "Hollywood Star Wackers" are setting her up.

I truly hope she stays on the right path and wish her all the best.  What are your thoughts????
