A drive-by shooting took place last night on the 2700 block of Magnolia in Amarillo.  Only one shot was fired from the car, and it hit a man his right arm, below the elbow. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening.  No evidence has been located, and no arrests have been made at this time.

"On 2-6-14, at 10:00 PM, officers were sent to a home in the 2700 block of Magnolia on a reported shooting. Officers made contact with a BM age 39. He does not reside at that home. The man had what appeared to be a gunshot wound in his right arm, below the elbow. He told officers that he had been standing on the porch at the home when a vehicle drove by northbound on Magnolia and someone fired a shot from it. He could provide no description of the suspect vehicle. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance for the non-life threatening injury. Officers did not locate any evidence from the incident in the street. There were no arrests made in relation to this call."
