Mark Zuckerberg Sued Over Billion Dollar Facebook Disaster [POLL]

I told you Facebook sucks!  I look forward to the day when a much better social media product comes out and Zuckerberg is back to eating dollar menu items just like the rest of us.  He doesn't deserve any of the credit or money that he is gladly soaking up.  He even knows how much Facebook sucks, that's why he pulled a 1 BILLION DOLLAR fast one on investors!

Oh yes, when your used to living a life of luxury, the last thing you want it to do is stop.  But alas, all good things must come to an end.  And I hope this is the beginning of the end for Mark Zuckerberg and his ripped off idea known as Facebook.

TMZ reports that Zuckerberg is in the middle of yet another class action lawsuit by share holders who are accusing him of "withholding information".

Making this the 2nd time in 2 weeks that he's been accused of this by Facebook share holders.

The lawsuit claims Zuckerberg and his cronies hid the fact that there was a foundational flaw in the Facebook business model -- that there was not nearly enough advertising revenue to support a stock valued at $38 a share.

A new Initial Public Offering for Facebook was released recently, valuing the company up to $100 billion!

Allegedly, when Zuckerberg realized there was a mistake in this model, he saved his own butt by selling off around $1 billion in shares at the price of $38 a share.  But not before he stroked his own ego plenty, as you can see in the pictures above.  The reactions from Tom (creator of MySpace) are by far the best part of it all!

To me, Facebook is just another fad.  Here one day, gone the next.

Zuckerberg sure is cashing in on this stolen idea though!  He's worth somewhere around $15 billion!  And he's FUGLY!  Tell me money can't buy love!  This dude wouldn't be scoring at all if he wasn't rich.

Facebook is a piece of crap!  It's constantly glitching, I have NEVER had a day when everything on Facebook ran smooth for me.  It takes forever to load the stupid time line, and every other post is some 12 year old girl asking the world "do you think I'm ugly?"  To all my little girls out there posting that in status updates, girl you are beautiful no matter what your FB friends think or say!  You don't need the reassurance of a bunch of creeps on FB.

On a side note, do you realize FB is the leading source for pedophiles?  Sure they say they have a strict policy against posting content that encourages engaging in child exploitation, but click here and read this and you'll think twice about that!

I'm so tired of all this Facebook static.  To me, the product is not growing, it's on the way out!  Zuckerberg can see that, so he's cashing in every chance he gets to ensure he's made his!

And talking about advertising revenue on Facebook, that's a complete and total waste of money!  I took a survey for Facebook about advertising retention.  It was asking if I remembered seeing certain advertisements on the website while I was on my Facebook.  You know, all the ads that are posted on the right ----> side of the screen.  Literally, the end result, less than 5% of people had remembered seeing the ads.  Why in the world would you place advertising dollars on a website that has less than 5% retention rate?  That is a complete and total waste of money!

For all the Facebook users out there, all you are is a dollar $ign to Zuckerberg, encouraging, isn't it?

Sure in radio, we make money off listeners, but the idea behind a radio station, and any social media outlet is supposed to be that we listen to you and give you what you want!  At KISS-FM, we take your opinions very seriously and we mold and adapt our music, imaging and contests to meet your wants and needs.  Do you think Zuckerberg gives a damn about your wants and needs?  Because he most certainly doesn't!  And if you think he does, take a good, long and hard look at the picture posted above.

I hate Facebook, Tom, please come back to us and make a new website that will be the nail in Facebook's coffin!
