One Word Post On Amarillo Reddit Is Pure Gold. What Was The Word?

I think it's no secret that I love trolling around the Amarillo Reddit page. There are some incredibly funny things that get posted to it.

As I was scrolling the page this morning, I saw a post that I thought was put there by mistake...then I realized how many comments were left on it. I thought to myself, this has to be the best thing I've ever seen posted that didn't start some kind of crazy online knife fight.

So what word got posted that spurred a boatload of comments?

Yup, that's it. Hamburger. One word, simple, straight, and to the point. What was amazing about it was how many people immediately knew what the original poster meant by it and just started throwing things out there.

Yes, this person was looking for a good burger recommendation and they got plenty. The best part about reading this thread was I found out about a bunch of places I hadn't even heard of. For example:

I had never heard of Bear's until I found this post, and with the way it's described, it makes me want to run to Canyon for a burger right now. Definitely putting this place on the list.

Another one popped up that I hadn't heard of, and based on the way people followed up the original comment, I think I'm going to have to run out and try:

I'm assuming this place is pretty good?

There were of course a couple of people who had to throw out sarcastic comments such as McDonald's or Burger King. Not that there's anything wrong with those places, I mean they're great on the go. However, one "fast food" place came up that I wholeheartedly agreed with.

Boom, there it is. You knew Braum's was going to make an appearance in this conversation. It 100% should. They're right on point when they say their burgers "hit hard". I just had one yesterday, and I'm ready for one today.
