On January 1st, 2014, the Toot 'n Totum at 45th & Western was robbed by a shotgun wielding man.  Amarillo Police have released photos of the robbery suspect in an effort to locate him.  I realize they aren't the best photos, but this is what we've been sent.

"On Wednesday morning, 1-1-14, at about 1:35am, a subject walked into the Toot-N-Totum store #46 at 4500 S. Western carrying a shotgun. The suspect fired a round into the ceiling of the store and announced a robbery. The two clerks gave the suspect money from the two registers. The suspect left on foot to the west then south from the store. There were several customers inside the store also. The suspect got an undetermined amount of money. No one was injured in this incident. The suspect can only be described as a white male, about 5’8” to 5’10”. He was wearing a covering over his face, a flannel type shirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. He had gloves on his hands. This is still being investigated at the time of this release."
