Physical Stores Now Accepting PayPal

The invention of PayPal was a blessing to online shoppers like me.  It is not only easy to use, but it eases my mind knowing that my information is safe.  But would you use PayPal at a physical store?

The other day, I was heading to a live broadcast and realized that I needed some duck tape.   I stopped in to the nearest Dollar General to get some.  It has been a very long time since I was in a Dollar General so naturally, it has changed.

But the thing that caught my attention the most was at the register.  I went to pay and had a few options.  The usually payment options were there, credit, debit, but it was the PayPal that stuck out in my mind.  Yes, PayPal!

I had no idea that real, physical store had this option.  I quickly asked the cashier about it.  She said that not many people use it, but that it has been used.  I was baffled.  PayPal as a payment option.

In my head, it kind of sounded ridiculous.  But hey, to each his own.

Would you ever use this to pay for your purchases?
