So we lost count as to how many outfit changes Heidi Klum has had during the 2012 Europe Music Awards, but our ears perked up and paid attention when she announced that David Hasselhoff (yes, the David Hasselhoff) would be handing out the award for Best Video.

Attempting to be funny, Klum mentioned that Hasselhoff would be dropping into the EMAs by way of a 25 mile space jump -- one mile higher than Felix Baumgartner successfully completed last month. Dressed in a ridiculous astronaut suit, Hasselhoff spoke some German and announced Psy's 'Gangnam Style' as the winner for the coveted Best Video award.

"First of all I'd like to thank MTV EMA, this is too much, thank you," said Psy, who accepted the award in a sequined tux. "Can I have a minute? Because I'm a rookie, I got a lot to tell. First of all, I'd like to thank each and everyone all around the world who's supporting Psy, 'Gangnam Style,' the video, I thank you so much."

Psy then went on to thank his record labels, and then gave a special thank you to Scooter Braun, Justin Bieber's manager, who picked up Psy as an artist after 'Gangnam Style' went viral.

"I'd like to thank all of my family who gotta live with such a selfish guy, and for the last thing, I'd like to appreciate the lady who decided to marry me six years ago," continued Psy. "Thank you so much!"
