Coffee & Candy Land? Amarillo Coffee Shop Brings Them Together.

Sometimes Amarillo can surprise me with some of the fun things they end up doing. Not necessarily the city in general, but what some of the businesses decide to do. Always looking for that little edge.

Well, one of the things that we are absolutely inundated with in the city are coffee shops. Yes, it should be the taste of your coffee and the different drinks you offer that set you apart, but with so many around, that isn't always enough.

So Scooter's has decided to do something that is all sorts of fun, and it's bringing us all the way back to our childhood. I'm sorry, but when you tie my childhood to coffee, you win, simple as that.

They've decided to team up with Hasbro to bring Candy Land into your coffee. No, seriously. This is absolutely genius. Some of its most famous characters are going to be on display through your coffee drinks, and I couldn't be more excited.

Some of the drinks that you'll be able to sip on include Queen Frostine Sugar Cookie Latte, the Jolly Gumdrop Smoothie, the Mr. Mint Peppermint Mocha (this will be my fave), and the Grandma Nutt Cold Brew.

The best part is it won't stop at just the drinks. There is going to be exclusive merchandise you'll be able to purchase, just in time for the holidays. There will be some pretty awesome things you'll be able to snatch up.

Tumblers, beanies, and even pajamas are going to be available to purchase. I know I'm gonna have to cop the pajamas, because I want nothing more than to look like a giant candy cane, and that's exactly what they look like.
