Strange Tube Cloud Formation Rolls Over Amarillo [VIDEO PHOTOS]

If you were out early morning a week or so ago, you might have looked up to the sky to see this very strange cloud formation. When I saw it I as stumped.

It's called a Tube cloud, but is actually referred to as an Arcus cloud by those in the weather world.
