Don't Sass The 'Squatch

September has a really unique theme with Coffee Memorial Blood Center. This month it's all about Sasquatch.

The press release sent out by Coffee Memorial Blood Center states, "Don't sass the 'squatch! The hunt is on for blood donors." And while donations have been steady, there is a need for specific types.

Coffee Memorial is needing donors who have types O negative and B negative.

What Goodies Do We Get This Month?

As always, when you donate you leave with some nice parting gifts. Not only do you get the Bigfoot inspired t-shirt, but you also receive a coupon for a free bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes. You also get on free entry to the Don Harrington Discovery Center.

How To Donate Blood

The press release states that anyone 16 or older are eligible to donate blood. You can donate at Coffee Memorial Blood Center, or at a mobile blood drive.

For more information on who is able to donate, and to make an appointment, you can visit the website yourbloodinstitute.org. Keep in mind that donating can take about an hour of your time, so you'll want to carve out just a little time from your schedule.
