This Is Your Last Weekend to Visit Wonderland Park

Well, here we are Amarillo, Labor Day weekend. The three-day weekend where we unofficially tell summer goodbye and fall hello. Why is it unofficial? Well, there's a couple of reasons. One, summer doesn't technically end until September 22. Secondly, the temperatures are going to feel like summer for quite a while.

It's been pounding us at 100 degrees or worse for a while now, and MAYBE we'll get lucky and see those triple digits go away, but that heat will still be here. So, if you have to be out in it, you may as well and enjoy it. This weekend is the final weekend for you to enjoy something, however.

Wonderland Closing This Weekend

Labor Day weekend marks the final weekend for Wonderland Park to be open, so if you haven't made it out for the rides and fun, you might want to put that on your calendar. Monday, September 7 marks the final day the park will be open.

The park hours for the weekend are as follows:

Friday: 6 pm - 10 pm
Saturday: 1 pm - 10 pm
Sunday: 1 pm - 10 pm
Monday: 1 pm - 6 pm

How Much Are Tickets

No, they don't discount how much it costs to get into the park just because it's the final weekend; however, it's much more affordable now since ALL the rides are included in the price of a wristband. $34.99 will get you unlimited rides on everything in the park, except the Fantastic Journey, where you'll get one go around on it.

Don't want to get on any rides? It'll run you just $15 to get into the park. I'm not one to get on rides personally, so this is a perfect option for me to go enjoy watching my kids. Everything you need to plan your trip can be found on their website.
