World’s First Known Twerking Injury (Borderline NSFW)

Elin Russell, a London, England resident, recently got married. She had the dress, flowers, and family.  She also had casts on BOTH of her arms.

She recalled the story to the Daily Mail that she actually broke her wrists while "twerking" at her bachelorette party. ''My friends threw me a bachelorette weekend to remember. But on the first night of the hen do it happened. I had a twerking accident which resulted in me breaking both my wrists. After a good cry over a bottle of gin and the initial panic was that I wouldn't be able to fly I decided that a couple of broken bones weren't going to stop me. But I won't be twerking again soon.''
