Amarillo Mother Experiences Every Parent’s Nightmare And Loses Baby Girl

An Amarillo mother is experience a true nightmare for any parent.  She has lost her only baby girl.  The baby was only 6 months old, and it has sent a shock wave of emotions through the mother.  Her sister reaches out to KISS-FM and asks that we share this story, as the mother has no idea how she's going to pay for funeral costs :'(

My sister, Jessica, is experiencing every parents worst nightmare. She lost her only baby girl yesterday. Dahlia Jean Windham passed in her sleep while Jessica was working. Dahlia was a few days shy of being six months old. Jessica is a single mother with no insurance. She was working hard to provide a safe home and future for her baby girl. Dahlia is and will be Jessica's only child. She had her tubes tied after birth, per doctors recommendation. Her world is crumbling and to think that she won't be able to honor Dahlia in her passing is terrible. A parent should never have to bury their child and if they do, it shouldn't be a financial burden. Please give anything you can. Any leftover donations will donated to Infant Loss Awareness."
