Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry Buying Leftover Halloween Candy To Send to Our Troops

Ahh yes, Halloween is upon us.  And while your children are looking forward to trick-or-treating and getting as much candy as possible, you and their dentist may not be.  Well unless your child's dentist works at Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry.Every parent loves to see their kids have fun, especially on Halloween.  They get to dress up and go door to door to get candy.  But after a long night of trick or treating, there is sometimes way too much candy.  What to do, what to do?  Why not let your kids pick out what they really want, and then take the rest and sell it for a wonderful cause!

I first heard of this event last year and thought the idea was so awesome that this year, I am sharing it with you.  Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry is once again buying back Halloween Candy.  After all the hustle and bustle of Halloween has come and gone, you are left with enough candy to rot out all your teeth.  Well the wonderful dentists at Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry is offering to buy that candy from you.

It is the big Halloween Candy Buyback and it takes place on November 3rd from 3-6pm.  It is going to be a lot of fun.  Amadazzle will be there doing face painting, and the rumor is that the Tooth Fairy will be making an appearance.  They will be buying the candy for $2 a pound and then sending the candy to our wonderful troops overseas.

Last year children had the opportunity to attach a letter to the troops, and I'm sure this option will be available this year as well.  Our troops are risking their lives overseas, and a handwritten letter and some candy will do wonders to their spirits.
