If you've got some outstanding warrants in Amarillo, they're going to be coming for you!  The Amarillo Warrant Round-Up began on February 18th, 2013, and now Amarillo Police are taking it to the next level!  Beginning Monday, March 4th, police will actually be out on the streets looking for those with outstanding warrants, and no place is off limits for them to come get you!

Yeah, that means no matter where you are, work, home, it doesn't matter, if they find you, you will be arrested!

APD:

"The Amarillo Police Department, in conjunction with the City of Amarillo Municipal Court, will be participating in the Texas State Warrant Roundup.  Beginning today, 2-18-2013, people with outstanding Amarillo Municipal Court warrants will be receiving warrant notice postcards in the mail. These cards inform people that have outstanding municipal warrants to contact the court and clear up the warrants before APD officers begin serving the warrants.
Beginning Monday, March 4th, the Amarillo Police Department will assign police officers to find the people with outstanding warrants. These uniformed officers will locate people at their homes, places of employment, or wherever they can be contacted.
Victoria Medley, City of Amarillo Municipal Court Administrator, said that there are currently 34,725 Municipal Court warrants outstanding.
The Municipal Court will be open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. On Thursdays, the court remains open until 7:00 PM."

The public can view a complete list of all Municipal Court warrants on the City of Amarillo’s Municipal Court web page.
