Amarillo is full of great events that go towards a good cause. So much so, it can be tough to support each one, even though we want to. However, because there are so many great causes, it can be tricky gaining the support needed.

The Amarillo SPCA is in the middle of getting ready for their big September event, but they're currently looking for some help with it.

What Is The Event Amarillo SPCA Is Holding

Get ready for the big garage sale! It's being held on September 19th and 20th from 8 am to 4 pm at 6515 Roxton Drive in Amarillo.

Now, this is not at the facility itself. According to Google Maps, this will be held at someone's house, therefore giving a true garage sale feel.

When Are They Accepting Donations

The Amarillo SPCA is currently asking for donations that can be sold at the garage sale. Yes, members of the organization will be providing things to sell, but to make it a truly successful event, they need to be able to keep stock high.

Donations will be accepted every Tuesday and Thursday at Stacy's Uniforms, located at 4324 SW 45th in Amarillo.

What Is Amarillo SPCA Looking For

Items they're looking for include things such as small appliances, household items, clean clothing, and furniture in good condition.

This is a great chance for you to be able to get rid of that old couch, or maybe the clothes your kids have outgrown, and put it towards a good cause, rather than the dumpster.
