Another Tyson Free Food Box Giveaway Scheduled In Amarillo

Tyson Foods is holding another free boxed food giveaway at the Bethesda Outreach Center at 1101 Fritch Highway January 3. The hours for this giveaway are 5:30PM-6:30PM.

For families and individuals suffering with food insecurity, just bring a photo ID to receive your box. Tyson Foods will distribute food boxes to alleviate hunger and strengthen the community. Recipients will receive a 16-pound food box that includes 4 pounds of dry goods, 6 pounds of protein, and 6 pounds of produce.

To keep staff, volunteers, and the community safe, distribution will be done via a drive-through. Visitors will remain in their vehicles, and volunteers will observe social distancing and wear masks and gloves.
