Armed Man Invades Home Of Miley Cyrus, He’s Been Arrested And Charged
A man was arrested outside of Miley Cyrus' home in LA over the weekend, armed with a pair of scissors. I think he was doing a good deed and just wanted to give Miley a haircut (see pic here), but he's been arrested anyways.
According to the L.A. City Attorney, Jason Luis Rivera was charged this morning with two misdemeanor counts of trespassing and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
As we reported, cops responded to Miley's home early Saturday morning after receiving a 911 call about an intruder. Rivera was arrested on the property for trespassing.
It's funny how the LA police department was so fast to hop on this and arrest this man, while they let celebrities slide on all the crimes they commit! I'm sure Miley was indeed frightened for her life and yeah they need to teach this dude a lesson, so arrest him yes. But how about the LAPD arrest some more people that deserve it!? Like a person that steals jewelry from people's houses, a person that throws a glass at an innocent person's head for trying to take a picture, a person that was seen buying drugs and there is photographic evidence of it, a person that throws a drink at someone for accidentally bumping them at the bar, a person that basically robbed a hotel of over $40,000...does Lindsay Lohan come to mind? Yeah, that girl needs to be behind bars just as much, if not more, than this dude!
