Netflix just dropped the first trailer for Beyonce's new film, Homecoming.

Just one day after sending the singer's Beyhive into a frenzy after sharing a teaser poster on social media, the streaming giant confirmed their upcoming project is, in fact, about her historic 2018 Coachella performance.

The buzz all started when Netflix shared this captionless promotional image:

Besides the April 17 premiere date, fans weren't given any other information. However, the Beyhive quickly started to make connections to Beyonce based on the colors and fonts used in the image—specifically the Greek writing which is practically identical to her Coachella "Beychella" merchandise. The evidence was pretty compelling, but at the point, neither Netflix or Beyonce herself had confirmed anything.

But then, early this morning (April 8), fans were blessed with the first official trailer for Homecoming: A Film by Beyonce—and let's just say April 17th cannot come any sooner. According to Netflix's tweet, the film is an "in-depth look at Beyonce's celebrated 2018 Coachella performance from creative concept to cultural movement."

In a matter of minutes, fans completely lost all chill over the official news, taking to Twitter to share their reactions.
