Bright Light In Amarillo Sky – Is This A UFO

I went outside to grab something from the car and noticed this bright light in the sky. I stood there for minutes and it did not move at all. No stars out yet... Seems not to be an airplane. Could this be a UFO? I'm not one to start rumors but what could this bright light be.
