California Complains About Their Cold Weather – [VIDEO]

Weather forecasters are encouraging people to bundle up as they hit the coldest temperatures they've felt in quite awhile. Could Californians be over exaggerating. How cold is cold to California? How about 50 degrees...Haha! Jimmy Kimmel did a segment on all the weather stations and people complaining about their freezing weather. I think they need a little taste of Amarillo weather!
