As the world watched on for minutes as Ultimate Fighter Adam Cella was trying to breathe after taking a devastating round house kick to the jaw. Not only did he take a powerful kick but as he fell back his knocked up and down very hard on the ground which made the impact even worse. Uriah Hall who delivered the kick was fearful he may have killed his opponent.
