Amarillo Opera 

Amarillo Opera presents Dream of the Pacific on Saturday, February 4 in the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts. The show, sung in English, is about the grueling Lewis & Clark expedition across uncharted American wilderness. Call 806-372-7464 for more information.

Art Walk

Friday Art Walk If you love looking at different art, this is the perfect event for you. Friday, February 3, is the First Friday Art Walk at the Galleries at Sunset Center from 5-9 p.m. Dozens of local artists will be showing off their work and there will be live music. This event is free at the Sunset Center is at 3701 Plains Blvd.

Paint Your Pet

Want to learn how you can paint your pet but don't know how to even paint? No worries because Kudos Art Studio is teaching you how, Wednesday February 1st from 6-9 p.m. All you have to do upon entering is email a photo of your pet to kudosartstudio@gmail.com. They will use this photo to draw your pet onto a 16x20 canvas before the Art Escape. The simpler the better. 16 years or older only please. The painting will take place at 7406 SW 34th #2B.
