The Halloween season always brings about some spooky and creepy things here in Amarillo. Many will partake in it, with obviously the natural ending being trick-or-treating with the kiddos. However, not everything has to be wrapped around ghosts and ghouls and goblins.

It also doesn't have to be wrapped around the kiddos and them loading up on a bunch of candy that you ultimately end up eating when they go to bed. Halloween season is one of the best times for a good murder mystery, and that's what we've got for you.

Cinderella's Castle Murder Mystery Party

Yes, Cinderella of all people is now involved in a murder mystery, and that in and of itself is something different and new. What if your favorite fairy tale princess wasn’t so innocent after all? That would change all your views of the Disney princess, wouldn't it?

Asher Point Independent Living of Amarillo is throwing a big murder mystery party tomorrow, October 23rd, and it's going to be a good one. Cameron Gruenberg, Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing for Asher Point Independent Living of Amarillo, said, "We get to turn our community into a crime scene for the day, and honestly, that's just as much fun for us as it is for our guests."

How Can I Attend

The event is free to attend and watch; however, space is limited, so you'll want to get there early. There will be light refreshments for you to enjoy as you watch...and maybe help because you just can't sit quietly and still. I get it.

It's also a great time to tour Asher Point and see how they operate. For more information on the event or Asher Point in general, you can check out their website.
