Former Big 5 Building Of I-40 Could Be A Shoe Store Soon

The city of Amarillo is getting one big makeover and no this time it isn't about the road construction. A new store is coming to town to take over an old building. That Big 5 store that went out of business about a year ago, well it becoming something new.

Facebook is where I found this news out. No more sports goods but you maybe saying hello to a shoe store. Skechers Footwear will be leasing the old building and bringing Skechers right too the I-40 here in Amarillo. The store opening hasn't been announced yet, so it made be next year till will see a grand opening.
