Funeral Arrangement Information For PFC Genaro Bedoy Have Been Released

The Bedoy Family will now be able to give their last respects and goodbyes to Genaro this Saturday at St. Thomas Catholic Church off of 41st and Coullter. The services will be held at 10:00 am.

Genaro was killed overseas fighting for our country and will always be remembered as a hero.

A group out of Kansas called the Westboro Baptist church had released info about protesting Bedoys funeral. Now since the funeral information has been released to the public there might be a good chance that Westboro will try to conduct a protest.

Westboro beliefs are really awful and we need to protect the families privacy as they lay Genaro to rest in peace. There are many people in town that have been talking about having a human chain outside of the funeral to protect the family from the Westboro Baptist church protesters.

We ask that if you are going to help protect the family from the Westboro protesters, that you stay away from the funeral itself. This is a time that the family and friends will need for mourning and to say goodbye.

The burial will be held at the Memory Gardens with full military honors.
