Have You Heard Of The Canyon Kid Making Insanely Good Cheesecake?
At my house, there is one dessert that reigns high and mighty above all others. Cheesecake. So you can imagine how excited we were to hear that there was someone in Canyon making what looks like insanely good cheesecake.
The Catch To This Cheesecake
There's one thing about these cheesecakes that sets them apart from the rest, and it has nothing to do with how they taste. These cheesecakes are the creations of Bella's Cheesecakes, a small business that is the proud project of 12-year-old Isabella, who loves to cook.
These Cheesecakes Are Being Raved About
As awesome as I think it is that a kid has something they're passionate about, I'm also really particular when it comes to my cheesecakes. You ready for a hot take? I think Cheesecake Factory cheesecake is overrated and pretty par.
The reviews on these cheesecakes are pretty good, if not stellar. Scrolling through their social media page, I didn't find a single angry post about how someone's order was wrong or tasted bad.
It's enough to have me considering giving these a try.
Cheesecake Is Apparently A Family Activity
And not just Cheesecake. Cooking in general is a family activity. In the social media post where Isabella is introduced as the person behind Bella's Cheesecakes, it's mentioned that mom is the one who has passed the culinary knowledge down to Isabella. There's even some moments where you get to see the two of them working alongside one another in the kitchen.
The Only Problem I've Noticed So Far
Is that there is no established store front. This cakes are made when you order them. That means you'll need to plan your cheesecake binge in advance.
In all seriousness, congrats to Isabella on the venture. Also, congrats on being able to pursue something you're passionate about in a meaningful way. Stick with it.
