I am the first to admit that cheesecake is my absolute favorite dessert. I hate that we don't have a Cheesecake Factory here in Amarillo. That is one of the things that I am envious of Lubbock for them having.

These cheesecakes are the creations of Bella's Cheesecakes, a small business that is the proud project of 12-year-old Isabella, who loves to cook.

I love this time of year. I can always count on Olive Garden to have their Pumpkin Cheesecake. Oh and it is fabulous.

Talent can be described as many different things.  Yesterday, Dallas Chambers called us out to to compete with his awesome talent.  I have to admit there is no way I'd ever beat him.  But I do have a talent of my own.  And here is a little challenge to Dallas, the entire Kiss Staff, and to you our wonderful listeners.
