Heroes Are All Over Amarillo I Saw That This Weekend
This was a crazy weekend. My daughter came to town and I love it. We had a lot to do to get ready for an event next month. We had a long list of stuff to do. Our time was pretty much planned out. We were running crazy.
Then it happened. We took a break to have lunch. We needed some food. It was a long day. So we went to Joe Taco. We had a great lunch. My daughter knows places to go and has a lot of friends. So we went to visit one at Joe Taco. Lunch was great. It was after we paid out that the real adventure began.
We were heading to our next stop. Oh but first we got in my car to go. My daughter was driving and she noticed a light on in my dash. She asked me about it and I said I would look at it. So I reached for my manual. That was when we noticed the drive got rough. Luckily we hadn't left the parking lot.
We pulled over and I asked my daughter to run into Joe Taco to see if anyone could help while I looked up AAA's number. Luckily I was a member but who knew how long it would take on a weekend like this.
I saw my daughter walking out with too guys. I asked their names and it was Devin and Jonah. Oh my goodness how much time they saved me. Luckily I had a jack and spare tire. After some much stress and the drama it caused these two got my tired changed out. I for sure offered money. I mean they saved me time from waiting for AAA. I was much appreciative after all the time it would have cost me.
So thank you to both Devin and Jonah. Thank you for taking time our on a hot day in the Texas Panhandle for saving me and my daughter. Thank your for saving my sanity. Thank you for getting us back on the road.
People here in the Texas Panhandle really can be heroes!
