It’s Now Official Colorado Is A ‘Mile Higher’ – Marijuana Possession Now Legal

Well don't be surprised if the population of Colorado rises. As of today December 10th 2012 it is now legal for Coloradans 21 years and up to possess under an ounce of marijuana. Governor John Hickenlooper has given his autograph to sign on making Amendment 64 part of the state's constitution. This allows  for the recreational use and possession of marijuana by adults 21 and over in Colorado. Does this makes Colorado just a little higher now? Residents will now be allowed to possess Marijuana but licenses for marijuana distribution cannot even begin until October of 2013.
