Popular Sixth Street Restaurant in Amarillo Unveils Exciting Changes

Life is all about changes and that can be seen in the restaurant world here in Amarillo. Things are always changing. Locations are moving. Menu items are being added. Even days and hours of operation change. It is a lot of work to find the perfect combination to keep a successful restaurant going.

Sometimes as easy as combining with another successful and local place. We saw that earlier this year with the merging of Saigon and Pho 84. They are now Saigon 84 in a new location. Things around here move pretty fast.

That is not the only change in Amarillo early in this new year. There was hints that hit social media recently. Luckily, we didn't have to wait too long to find out what was happening. Amarillo does not like to wait.

You Can Expect Changes to an Amarillo Eatery

According to the post, we could expect a "biti" change to Dillos Craft Burgers on Sixth. A nice play on words. Dillos has had a great story so far. They started off as a food bus. The only one in our area. It didn't take long for the success to roll in and they have added a permanent restaurant on Sixth. All in two short years.

So when they hinted about their "Biti" secret a lot of people guessed it had something to do with another place on Sixth in Biti Pies. They have another great story in that they took Amarillo by storm and you could find them everywhere.

Then they went away. They are back and better than ever.

So when the news was finally shared it was really no surprise but still great to hear.
