When something turns out to be an absolute hit in Amarillo, there is nothing better than getting a second act.  I mean, if it works, it works. If it's a fun night in Amarillo, we can look forward to another one.

Until you host the first one, you just don't know. It seems that having a Singles Night out at Hodgetown was a good change. I'm really surprised that it took this long to host the first one, but it was a success.

A Massive Hit: Singles Night Returns to Hodgetown

In fact, they initially sold out of tickets to the one they hosted recently. They ended up opening up more availability. That means the singles of Amarillo really were looking forward to a night to find love.

I don't know how many connections were made, but they did have a good enough time that they are bringing it back for round two.

What we have learned from the first Singles Night is that everyone will be wearing a wristband showing their status:

• Green = Single
• Red = Taken
• Blue = Wingman
• Yellow = It's Complicated

Why You Need to Buy Your Tickets Early

If the first Singles Night taught us anything, it's that you shouldn't count on tickets being available at game time. Amarillo might have a reputation for being a last-minute kind of town, but if you're looking for love (or just a fun night out with friends), you can't afford to wait.

With tickets expected to move fast and no guarantee that extra spots will open up later, the golden rule is to simply lock your tickets down early.
