Your Voice, Your Vote: Early Voting Locations in Potter and Randall Counties
It is safe to say that we are embarking on a historic election. It already has been a historic election season. One candidate stepping back and a new one stepping forward. Another candidate facing multiple assassination attempts. Many debates between those on the right and those on the left. While, locally we are facing a major abortion vote as to whether Amarillo will become a sanctuary city for the unborn.
Again, regardless of the outcome, this will be a historic election both nationally and locally.
As a citizen of the United States and of Randall or Potter County, it is both your right and your duty to step into a polling place and place your vote for the leaders who you believe will best lead our country, city, and state. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to vote on propositions that will move our city in the right direction. Your vote and your voice do matter.
When does early voting start?
Early voting officially kicks off on Monday, October 21, 2024, and will last through Sunday, November 1, 2024. This will be your chance to vote early and avoid the election day crowds.
Where can I find a list of candidates?
If you are unsure about who to vote for and uncertain about the platform they stand on, The League of Women Voters publishes an unbiased Voter's Guide for every election, providing a list of the candidates and their views.
