KISS FM always on top of our game has been sent a leaked phone call to 911 from the one and only Justin Bieber. It's very hard to get celebrity 911 calls sent to us especially when it's from a high profile star! Justin got caught speeding at a high rate down the California freeway and his excuse for driving fast in and out of lanes he blames the paparazzi!

He reported it to the 911 dispatcher that he was being followed in his $100,000 Fisker Karma car. Is this an excuse for him to get out of a ticket. I DON'T THINK SO!! What if he would have caused an accident...
