Lindsay Lohan Clips Someone With Her Car And Fled The Scene [VIDEO]

After all her good probation reports, you'd think that Lindsay Lohan would continue on her straight path. Unfortunately, she can only do good for so long before she hits someone with her car and leaves the scene.

She was trying to make a 3-point turn when she hit the Hookah Lounge manager.  And if that isn't enough, Lindsay didn't check on him.  Nope, she peeled out instead.

Cops showed up and talked to a bunch of witnesses, including the manager that got hit.  No injuries seemed visible and the manager wasn't planning on pressing charges.

However, sources tell TMZ that he had no idea who she was, but when he was informed by paparazzi his story changed.  He ended up going to the emergency room and decided he wanted to press charges.  TMZ did post a video from a witness that said the manager got up and started smoking his hookah.

Do you think the manager is just trying to take advantage of Lindsay?  And the first thing that crossed my mind was, why did she leave the scene?  And was she drinking?  Hmmm we'll have to wait it out and see.
