It's funny, on Friday the judge reduced Lindsey Lohan's charge from felony to misdemeanor, and she was on cloud 9 thinking she had beat the system.  Well her face changed about 30 minutes later when the judge ruled that she had violated her probation and sentenced her to 120 day's in jail and 480 hours of community service.  For now she's out on a $75,000 bail.  What did she expect?  She showed no respect for court, kept breaking the law and violating her probation.  She expected to get by like nothing happened.  I'm glad she's gonna be doing a lil time!
Despite the 120-day sentence, Lohan was given a bit of good news on Friday: Judge Stephanie Sautner reduced her felony grand theft charge to a misdemeanor. She now faces up to a year in prison, as opposed to three.

Lohan's trial begins on Jun. 3.

In the meantime, a friend told PEOPLE that Lohan is "angry" about the ruling "because she has been working so hard on turning her life around."

One sign that Lohan may actually be serious this time: she just signed a two-picture deal to co-star in two mafia-related movies, one of which is a biopic about John Gotti, starring John Travolta as the infamous mobster.
