Miley Cyrus Calls Herself A “Stoner” In Birthday Video [VIDEO]

It hasn't been that long since Miley Cyrus faced the whole salvia scandal, but Miss Cyrus can't seem to stay off video.  She recently celebrated her 19th birthday and admitted she smoked "the green".

Celebrities have the right to privacy, but they should also know that any video admitting to illegal actions will be made public.  Over the weekend, The Daily got a hold of a video of her birthday party.  She grabs the microphone and announces to the room full of people that she is a drug head.

Ok so here's what happened.  Miley's birthday cake gets brought out and she makes this comment:

"You know you’re a drug head when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in’ green."

And it gets even better.  Her friend Kelly Osbourne is standing by and says:

"I thought salvia was your problem."

And it's all caught on tape.  Oh Miley can't wait to see how she gets out of this one.  Below I have included the birthday video and the salvia video.  What are your thoughts on this?
