Most Wanted Sex Offender In Texas Caught In Denver, CO

Texas DPS captured one of the top 10 most wanted sex offenders in the state, and all it took was a little road trip to Denver, CO. David Martinez Maldonado, who's last known location was San Antonio, was a violent sex offender who has a list of sexual assaults longer than my workout play-list!

"CCH:  Sex Assault, Assault, Assault Causes Bodily Injury-Family Violence, Burglary, Larceny, Fail to ID Fugitive with Intent to Give False Info

David Martinez MALDONADO was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders Program on September 16, 2013.  

MALDONADO is identified as a High-Risk sex offender, required to meet registration requirements annually. On September 1, 2011, a warrant for Violation Sex Offender Registration was issued by Bexar County Sheriff’s Office for his arrest.

On September 20, 2013, at approximately 6:00 P.M. MDT, Officers with the US Marshals Service, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Police Department Denver, Colorado, located MALDONADO at a Homeless Shelter in Denver, Colorado. MALDONADO was taken into custody without resistance.

The arrest was the result of tip information received and a reward will be paid."

He was considered to be an armed and dangerous man, and he just has that sex offender look!  Chalk up another win for the good guys!
