Nicki Minaj Announces The Release Of Her Sophomore Album-Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded [VIDEO]

Today marks the one year anniversary of the release of Nicki Minaj's first solo album, Pink Friday. Well with all the celebrating, Nicki also announced the release of her next album.  Here are all the details.

I don't really know why, but it seems that every artist now a days has an alter ego.  Lady Gaga has a mermaid alter ego,Yuyi.  Beyonce, of course, gets on stage and becomes Sasha Fierce.  As shocking as it is to everyone Nicki Minaj joins the rest of the crazy artists that have alter egos.  I do not get it, but whatever.

Nicki's alter ego Roman Zolanski will be making an appearance on her next album.  Roman was born out of rage and is considered by Nicki to be her twin brother.  He is a homosexual and is a very agressive, rebellious, and angry young man.  Although he has already made some appearances on Nicki's music, her sophomore album will be more directed towards this persona.

The album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded will hit shelves on Valentine's Day 2012.  Word is that we should be expecting a single before 2011 is up, so be on the look out for that.
