The Make-A-Wish Car Show was this past weekend and can I just say it was amazing.  So many great cars graced the Amarillo Civic Center.

I'm ashamed to admit after all of these years, I have never been to the Car Show.  This was my first time to go and walk around and look at all the amazing cars on display.

When speaking with Barry Henson about the event, he had told me that you could come out and spend the entire day at the event.  I can see where a car aficionado would be able to stay and learn all day long.

They had cars from just about every era imaginable.  Most of the car owners were at the event and ready to talk about their vehicles.  Whether they restored the car themselves or they just happened upon the car and bought it.  It was amazing.

Plus, this was an event that brought people young and old alike.  It was amazing seeing everyone just admiring these amazing vehicles.

I myself am a fan of all the beach vehicles.  What I mean by that are the wood panel cars, the Jeepsters, even the VW Vans.  They had quite a great collection on display.

I know some love the trucks, some love the mustangs, but there was something for everyone at the car show.

Plus, they had other things beside cars on display.  I saw a couple of tractors, many motorcycles, and even the APD had a few vehicles on display.

If you didn't make it this year, make the time next year.  In the meantime, enjoy these photos.
