Situation Stealing Someone’s Handicap Space

Do celebrities have special privileges that they can do what they want and get away with it?

So I'm seeing this more and more from celebrities like Chris brown who racked up thousands of dollars in parking tickets for parking in handicap space now to the "Situation" from Jersey Shore doing it! Why? Is the reason because they have lots of money and nice cars that they feel they can do it.Are they not thinking that people that are REALLY handicap really need them spaces.Come on now this is not V.I.P parking for regular customers! Yesterday ,video was recorded of Situation'sFerrari parked in a Handicap space while a man walking with a cane who really needed that space couldn't because of Situation's non-thinking,selfish ACTS!
