Suri Cruise Chomps Down on Fruity Flavored Penises

All kids love candy, but where to draw the line?!?!?  I would say penis shaped gummies, Katy Holmes wouldn't.

Tuesday the two were spotted leaving a 'dessert only' restaurant, Serendipity 3, and clutched in the 4 year old's hands was a box of gummi penises.  To the looks of things, Katy had no problem letting her daughter enjoy the fruit flavored treats.  In some photos, she even appeared to be holding back a smirk.

Just a few weeks ago, Katy and Tom Cruise were being bashed for allowing her to suck on a pacifier and now this.  What is worse a binky or a gummy penis?

Ok so being four, she probably has no clue what she is doing, but does that make it ok?  I don't know what I would do in that situation.

Should her mom have stepped in and had her choose a different candy?? What would you do???  Please share your thoughts.
