Do you have to grab for that cup of coffee before you will be bearable? Is caffeine that important to your day?

I am NOT a morning person. If I were to sleep without an alarm, I would wake up around noon. That's a problem when you have to be at work at 9am.  So once I get into work, I need something to jump-start my day.  That's why I have a 32 oz. coffee mug...
