So you might have read my recent story about the Amarillo Graffiti Ordinance that is about to be passed.  Well, the 2nd vote took place yesterday and, hold your breath, it's been passed!  I'm here with all the details to help you out and save you from being billed by the city of Amarillo so read on!

Are you distracted while driving by graffiti?  If so, you need to stop driving, because you have no business behind the wheel.  While I do consider graffiti in random places to be property damage, I don't think our Amarillo commissioners should be focusing so much of their time, energy and resources on this Graffiti Ordinance that is being pushed.
