The ACE Scholarship Program Hoping to Raise $2M in One Day

The ACE Scholarship program gives hope to those kids who never dreamed of going to collage because of finances.   Plus, ACE it helps to provide an educated and trained skilled workforce for our area.     On Thursday, ACE has a huge goal to meet.  They are hoping to raise $2M for their scholarship program.

How can you help?  Well here are a few ways.

ACE Giving Day

A huge event will be going on all day at the Amarillo Civic Center North Exhibit Hall.

5 AM - Drive to Work Giving

9 AM - the Civic Center Headquarters Opens - Enjoy coffee and donuts from the Donut Stop

9 AM - 11AM - Enjoy the Season of Giving programs presented by local elementary and preschool classes

11 AM - 4:30 PM - Lots of Children's Activities with the Happy Toy Maker, Home Depot, a bounce house, and Snack Pak

11 AM - 2 PM - Come out for a Chili Cook-off lunch-  Lunch is 2 for $20.  Enjoy live entertainment , plus local celebrities will compete in a Big Texan 72 oz steak challenge.

5 PM- 6 PM  - Happy hOur Giving

6 PM - 8 PM  Night in Tuscany Celebration Dinner - Enjoy delicious dinner prepared by the Culinary Arts program of Caprock, Palo Duro, Tascosa, and Amarillo High Schools.

$200 per couple
$100 per table
$25 Buffet Ticket
