Yes, if you are vaccinated you are not supposed to get it as severe. Which is a plus I would have to think. My daughter had made an appointment to get her vaccine. She had to wait because she was pregnant. She made her appointment last week and bam she got sick. Before she ever got to her appointment.

What Should You Get When You Are Down With Covid?

So we know from experience the stuff you need to have on hand if you find yourself down and out. The most important thing is to make sure you have medicine. My daughter had it. Oh, but it was expired.

So I got on Amazon and had some delivered. I even paid the extra to have it same day delivered. That is the problem with being five hours away from her. I made sure she had both the daytime and nighttime formulas. So when she wasn't on baby duty she could sleep.

Gatorade or Powerade. You are going to be feeling blah. You need to make sure you don't add to the problems and get dehydrated. Drink up. If you don't have either of these two at least make sure you drink water non-stop.

You will probably be blowing your nose a lot. So keep plenty of Kleenex on hand. Oh and with that you may also want to make sure you have Vaseline. You may end up blowing your nose way too much. I mean that Vaseline will help your nose not to get all raw and red.

When you have Covid you will be spending a lot of time in bed. So if you don't have access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount +, Disney + now is the time to call in the troops. Hopefully a family member will share their login.

If not you will need to stock up on books, magazines or just make sure your phone is charged

Stuff You Need Once You Start Feeling Better

You will want to make sure you wipe down all the areas you touch all the time. Think about your remote controls, your door knobs, even your sink faucets. You will need disinfecting wipes or spray.

Oh and you want to help keep the sickness away? Think about taking vitamins. You may start taking them the moment you start feeling bad. It can really be preventative. Take your Vitamin C, echinacea, and zinc. Fight the sickness.
