If someone really wants to get into your account, they will. But don't make it easy for them.

We get caught up in the moment and sometimes just post stuff without thinking that we might be giving away crucial information like your home address.

To avoid someone getting into your personal info just keep these few tips in mind. They are super easy to overlook if you are not aware of the damage they can do.

1. Change your password often: Every 30 to 60 days is a good time to change up your password. If you use the same password for years, well it makes it easier to figure out.

2. Don't take pictures of your house keys: People do this when they get a new house or apartment. However hackers can use this to make a copy of your key. If you used geo tracker on your post, they also will know where you live.

3. Posting your new drivers license: Again, this is what people do when they get a new license, especially teenagers. Hackers can get your address and use all kinds of info to get into your other accounts.

4. Keep an eye on what's behind you: If you post a selfie at your work desk, you might have passwords taped to the wall. You might also release info like your address. Just be mindful of what's around you when you post pictures.
