Tommy The Hacker And Dallas Chamber Take The Airwaves Sunday Night To Talk About Teen Bullying, Suicide, And Newtown CT.

Join us this Sunday evening as we talk about a very important topic in our community, bullying and suicide.

We have seen a growing number of people being bullied as well as teens committing suicide. This is not just happening in the 'big' cities, but it's also happening in smaller cities like Amarillo. Bullying comes in many different forms. It happens at school, at home, at work, and on Internet. Sometimes, when people are dealing with a bully and have no-one they think they can turn to it results in suicide. Both topics really are a big issues that we need to discuss with our children.

As radio Dj's we play the music that you love, but we also hold our listeners close to our hearts. You are important to us. At times we get phone calls from people not just wanting to request music, but also to discuss problems and issues they might be having at home or school.

Recently, in our city, we have been shook up by young kids committing suicide after being bullied. Here at KISS FM, Dallas Chambers and I will be hosting a very important show on bullying and suicide. We will have counselors on hand to take calls from listeners who are having issues and we will also have lots of special guest including Pastor Spike Maldonado ready to give you a great message.

Just over a week ago our nation was shocked by the acts of selfishness of an individual that took 26 peoples lives in Newtown, Connecticut. All of us were affected by this mentally and emotionally. We will be touching the subject on how have schools changed policies to make our students feel safer at school.
